Support shaped around the person, their home, and their routine
Resource Consult is registering with the Care Inspectorate for Care at Home and Housing Support, with a Supported Living service for mental health needs in active planning.
Two services now, a third in planning
We are building the service carefully, starting with what we can deliver well from day one.
1. Care at Home
Personal care, help with daily routines, medication prompts, and reliable companionship delivered in the person's own home.
See details2. Housing Support
Practical support to sustain a tenancy, manage correspondence and finances, and stay connected with the wider services a person relies on.
See details3. Supported Living for Mental Health
A planned service for adults with mental health needs, drawing on Stephen's clinical background to support recovery, routine, and independence.
See detailsHow we work
The same principles sit behind every visit, every plan, and every conversation.
Delivered in the person's home
Support fits into the person's existing routine, household, and community - not the other way round.
Plans built with the person
Goals and preferences come from the person, with families and professionals invited in where it helps.
Registered with the Care Inspectorate
Care at Home and Housing Support are going through registration with the Scottish Care Inspectorate.

How we think about quality
Resource Consult is being built around the Health and Social Care Standards that underpin care in Scotland - dignity, compassion, being included, responsive care, and wellbeing.
Dignity and respect
The person's privacy, preferences, and choices set the shape of the support we offer.
Compassion
We slow down enough to really hear the person and take their context seriously.
Being included
People are part of the conversations and decisions that affect them, in ways that suit them.
Responsive care and wellbeing
Support adapts as things change, with honest communication and clinical judgement behind it.
